MOVE YOUR Bootie camp

My Group fitness are fun, creative, has a great and positive vibe and a great all body workout!
I do a mix of classes includin;
- CARDIO BOXING
- COMBO BOXING
- CARDIO SESSIONS
- WEIGHT CIRCUIT SESSIONS
- CORE AND STRENGTH CLASSES
I would like everyone involved in my camps to post photos, recipes & offer lots of support!
Coz at the end of the day we are all after the same goal :)
To have a happy healthy lifestyle :)
